"The owner James communicated incredibly well and gave excellent recommendations and advice. The comprehensive info pack was useful. Jadranka and Voja who live beneath the apartment were lovely. Jadranka cooked for us on our first night and her food is delicious. It was great to have homecooked traditional Montenegrin food. "A warm welcome, the staff were so helpful and all aimed to please. Personally shown to your room, large impressive rooms and modern bathrooms. Nice relaxing breakfast and the evening food was impressive. Drinks available from the bar to take to the room. All in all comfortable and gorgeous decor."

"Great little hotel with a private beach, and an amazing view of Kotor Bay. The staff are great human beings, and very considerate. The little bay it's in is great because it's somewhat shielded from the boats going through Boka Bay, which you won't find so much at other hotels. The biggest winner was the food. That little kitchen makes an excellent breakfast, both a la carte and buffet, and their dinners are world class, punching way above their weight. I didn't feel like leaving the three days...

"Brilliant location in Kotor. We managed to find parking nearby for free. The apartment had everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. It was quiet when we were there so was perfect."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Galia while exploring the beautiful country of Montenegro. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable and the view of Kotor bay from the balcony was stunning! Dinner and breakfast were excellent and the service was great! We were there in the shoulder season (April) but the road to access the hotel was a little nerve racking at times as it’s a bit narrow and I wasn’t used to driving on the right but nevertheless it is perfectly manageable....

"Hotel Marija is ideally situated in the centre of the beautiful old town of Kotor. Its wooden interior added to its charm. Breakfast was included and was ok. We were very happy with our stay and would use this hotel again if we return to Kotor!"
