The room is located right next to a very loud bar that goes on until the early hours of the morning. The beds are two sofas and the decor is a little outdated. Everything else was amazing. The host was incredible. He bought us coffee a few times in the cafe outside, he booked us on a boat tour and he was very informative.

First of all the host Radonja is a decent man and it was easy to contact him and he was flexible for our needs, as i arranged with him the night before arrival he was waiting for us outside the property and he welcomed us and gave us alot of recommendations from sightseeing to dinning and we followed most of it and we didn't get disappointed as it was amazing. The studio is clean, centrally located in the old town and of a good size just enough for 2 person despite the toilet is on the tiny side. It's a lively area so expect noise till after the midnight. Thank you Radonja for your nice invitation for the coffe and all the nice recommendations which helped us having better holiday

The location was great, within the walls of the city and very close to bars, restaurants and tourist sites. Next door to the busiest bar in the old town, music was on until the early hours of the morning but bearable. We found it a little difficult to initially find the accommodation, google maps did not provide the exact location and the description didn’t really help either. Once found, the host was very helpful and happy to share local knowledge and made for a pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host

Our stay was great! We arrived much later than expected (midnight instead of 6pm) and the hotel owner was kind and understanding. The next morning he gave us many tips for our trip in Montenegro over a cup of coffee. The property was clean and affordable and perfect for two friends. The bathroom was clean and efficient. It is also located very close to the bus station and right in the old town, so it is a great location with a great price. I am very happy we chose Studio Belvi for our short stay, it was the perfect place to see Old Town in a short time.

Clean cozy place

Stayed one night. It was super cozy clean place within the old city walls of Kotor. You ll have hot water for shower and a tiny kitchen. The host communicates well. It’s 10 min walk to the town bus terminal. There is a bar right by the place with loud music.

The perfect location in the beautiful Kotor. The host was the kindest: he waited for us at the bus station when we arrived and gave us a map of the town. He even arranged a taxi for us for our departure. It was beyond our expectations. The apartment was comfortable and we felt at home. Bed was comfortable. Everything can be done within a walking distance We are very happy we chose Belvi for our stay.

The room is well located in the old city. The room is tiny but well furnished. The communication with the host was easy. The host gave us plenty of recommendations. Just be aware that the wash machine is only available for the biggest apartment and not in all of them.

Great place!

Great location in the old town! Very close to one of the gates. A short 5 mins walk to the free parking place. Also close to the passage way going up to the fortress. Have good restaurant and ice cream shop in 2 mins nearby. The owner of the place is very nice and polite. Fast response to messages and calls. Also shared a lot of histories and travel tips of Kotor. Thanks!

Great host, perfect location, excellent value

Chose Studios Belvi for location: easy walk from Kotor's main bus station:10 min with luggage! inside historic Old City walls. It was even easier to find that we expected: walked in the Gurdic Gate & in two minutes in front of Studios Belvi's green shutters. We sent a message via Hotels to the host letting him know when to expect us BUT the bus was late (slow border crossing from Croatia) so we arrived at 8:45 instead of 8:15 yet the host Radonga was there waiting to help with luggage. We had hesitated about booking because pix showed two beds: but the host, seeing we're a couple, offered a unit with a brand new large bed! Perfect. The unit we got was on the first level up, which means a set of stairs from the street & another inside the building- not hard to navigate but nice that we had the host's help! In fact, we'd say that the three best things about Studios Belvi are: (1) Location (2) Host (3) Value. The unit's small, kitchen tiny: we only wanted it for the frig & making tea & coffee so it was fine.(Has everything you need to make meals: we just enjoyed eating out in Kotor.) A real closet with plenty of space, shutters to block out light & noise, slept very soundly. Radonga gave us info about options for tourism & at our request met with us our first morning to talk about those. His suggestions were all excellent: first rate boat excursion & restaurants. Studios Belvi top uni is the best (may take it next time!) & host has another bldg with upscale apts @ Kotor Beach.

Charming apartment- but too loud outside

Little cute & clean apartment in the location in Old town Kotor. The host is amazing: responsive and very hospitable. However his apartment is located right next to the loudest pub/bar in old town Kotor. The bar’s very loud music goes on exactly up until 1:00 am. Our unit had washing machine and very powerful AC.

A wonderful place to stay in Kotor. The apartment is in the fantastic location, close to everything. We found it very comfortable and easy to use. The host is lovely and we had plenty of useful recommendations to help us plan our time. Would thoroughly recommend and we will certainly be back!

Great stay in Old Town

Had a great stay in Kotor at this place. Radonja was a fabulous host, and made sure I knew everything important about Kotor. It's in a great location to access everything there is to do. There is a busy bar downstairs, so it's not a quiet retreat, but the location is completely worth it. I would definitely stay there again.
