The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

The villa had the right amount of privacy. Anastasia was so helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Location was great- we hired quads so could get around the island. "We are a couple with an 5 months old baby. Extremely good hotel! One of the best we have been. The food is just amazing!!! Like in a Michelin star restaurant. You don’t get this feeling that it is cooked for a big hotel. Very cozy main restaurant. Staff goes above and beyond to help, not because they have to, but because they seem to be very happy to be there as well. The hotel is very welcoming for babies and kids, but is not overrun by them. The atmosphere is very cozy and calm, no loud music (or karaoke) by the main pool, no running kids. Kids have their own activities and entertainment which is run by a professional team of animators in dedicated places. Kids club for kids of different ages is available. I loved yoga classes every morning by the sea. The level of yoga teacher is verily close to a good yoga retreat. Little things like cooking classes, cats cafe, their own ice cream/crepe place. Every centimetre of the property is well thought through by a very good designer. We absolutely loved our stay! Special thanks to Eva and Olga in the restaurant for their kind attention and hospitality."
