we booked a club room at respectable prices believing that we would get a decent room . the first room that we were given had an outdoor terrace that we shared with pigeons and pigeon poo and chuckling all day and night . we were then on complaint given another room but fronting their outdoor party ...

Completely different property than advertised. None of things listed were available or working. Stove not working, washer broken for many years. No safe rooftop. One a/c in one bedroom, that was not disclosed in ad.Big flight of stairs to enter, not disclosed.. Would be really horrible for very senior ...
