"Had a fantastic few days in the city. The hotel is modern and has a fantastic Euro-style cafe in reception, serving great coffee and fresh breakfasts and lunches. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a very pleasant stay and our room was clean and made available to us as early as they could. It was a corner room with views over the city, amazing at night. "The room was clean the well laid out - we had a suite. We enjoyed being in downtown Jordan with easy access to MTR and walking distance to tons of shops\restaurants\night market, all the fun stuff. The hotel itself had popular restaurants and a bar with tons of people enjoying these amidites. The hotel staff was friendly but they could not help us book a taxi van to the airport, we had to do it ourselves. We ended up just booking an Uber. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel and fabulous facilities as expected, although pool area was a little tired. Check in staff were ok but it was late at night and they weren’t that helpful and struggled to understand a few things we asked. Was disappointed that the classic room I booked had absolutely no view of anything other than a brick wall. I was offered an upgrade by email the day before but on arrival the hotel was apparently fully booked. As an IHG member I expected better service."
