The worst and the most rude staff of a hotel I have ever encountered. Due to medical reasons I asked to change my reservation 3 (weeks before check in) and one day past their policy and my request was met with anger from the hotel management. They wanted medical records as proof. Seriously? Who asks that??

This property is a bit old. Needs redecorating However it is located in an area where we can eat conveniently and transportation to different areas in HongKong is excellent. Recommended, provided the chargers per night are reasonable and competitive.

This is not the first time we stay here. We had been here before. The guest rooms are undergoing renovation but the one we stayed has not. Although the room decoration is a bit outdate for now but you will not regret to book this hotel if you are looking for a location where you can shop and dine with lots of options and commute easily to various parts of Hong Kong and Kowloon.
