We were not informed that provision of room, the bathroom in particular, was for disabled therefore so uncomfortable for us. The carpet was wet when we checked in, bathroom wasn’t so clean.

Pleasantly surprised
Very pleased with this stay. Cost effective and very helpful. The added welcome minibar was a plus too. Greatly appreciated the extent to which this tiny hotel goes to make guests feel welcomed! Free laundry service, robe and slipper, espresso machine- all fantastic for a budget hotel.

The best thibg I like is they have free laundry and a small gym , easy access to TST, close to MTR station , just across K11.

I loved how accessible it was to the mtr and to nathan road. It was so easy to go around hongkong because of the hotel’s location. Also appreciated their security so much because he was a nice man. Same as their staff. They were all so helpful and polite. I definitely recommend this hotel. :)

Perfect for Kowloon stay
Although the room was on the cosy side due to all our luggage, it was very clean and comfortable with a modern feel. The staff were helpful and the location is excellent.

Superb hotel!!!
1. Quick check-in, friendly and very helpful lady reception staff(Wearing spectacular) - She came to our room pass us the paper maps and recommended nearby famous street food and shopping area, also give us clear direction way to go Victoria peak, Mongkok night market and etc... - She also help us to food deliver order during my girlfriend feel sick in room. I want to say thank you and appreciated her help for all the way she taking care of us in Dash hotel. =) 2. Room and Location - Room size medium small but clean and comfortable, free drinks in minibar, wifi speed is super fast. - Superb location, very convenience to 7-11, noodles food shop, Japanese restaurant(ichiran ramen), Wa so cafe(Long queue from morning till night), Chungking mansion, i square shopping mall and etc.... For me, I am surely will come back to stay back dash hotel for my next visit business trip or travel trip. =)

Handy for night life & shops - just off Nathan Rd
I had an evening out in HK and an early start the next morning. This hotel was super convenient. Had a good night’s sleep as it was comfortable and quiet with modern furnishing. Everything I needed was there except tea bags, coffee and milk. Kettle & fridge were in the room. I think the room I was in would be rather small for two people.

The hotel was in a great location and the room we had was clean and spacious enough for our needs (we paid extra for the superior room) I loved the free mini bar and the toiletries provided were great! Only downsides were the frosted glass door to the bathroom with a big gap at the top - it made using the toilet a bit embarrassing with my other half so close - but we got used to it! We we’re also told that check in was at 2pm but the room still wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait another hour - this wasn’t ideal as we had been traveling for 20+ hours what with getting to the airport, waiting for the flight and then the flight in itself being 12 hours long - so we were desperate to freshen up. The hotel had no real lounge to wait in so we had to go out and roam around for an hour while feeling gross - but the staff were kind and friendly and their English was very good. The downsides I mentioned were all minor and for the room and location I can honestly say I would stay here again and wish to do so in future! Thank you Dash Hotel!

A very convenient location and the hotel is clean. However the aircon is a little bit noisy and the double bed for deluxe double room is quite small.

Good location and friendly and helpful staff. Only issue would be the room booked was very dark and the bathroom had a few issues such as a not so pleasant smell which seemed down to the drain and the shower hose leaking. Also, with the bathroom being designed for a wheel chair user, the sink is really low if you're taller than average so something to consider.

One Night in Dash
Its a no frills hotel. Something simple to spend the night and also at a great price. I do like the desk which allowed me to work, however I think the toilet is no five star hotel.

Nice location
Dash Hotel on Minden is spanking new. So all the air conditioning, water heater, mattresses bathroom fixtures are in great working condition. Though the rooms are small, the space was well designed. Bonus: free mini-bar cans of beer and ice tea; silky soft slippers; apothecary soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Very helpful reception staff who helped us get the airport shuttle and changed the room for us. Will re-visit

Great hotel in the heart of TST
Fantastic little hotel tucked away on TST, everything was brand new and extremely clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is great, around the corner from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and a 2 minute walk to Nathan St. And Kowloon park. Perfect for couples that want a nice hotel on a low-mid range budget.
