We did not actually stay in the originally booked property "Beauty Studio", as our host Natasza contacted us 2 days before our arrival to advise us that there was an issue with the property, and urgent repair work was needed. She offered us a 2 bedroom unit, only a 7 minute walk from our original booking, in the same neighborhood, for no additional charge. Communication with Natasza was totally amazing! When she needed to notify us of the problem, she used all the communication links we had with each other, to ensure we were aware of the situation. The subsequent property was very nice, super spacious, immaculately clean, well located for transit needs, and a nice walk to the Old Quarter and Wawel Castle. The only thing about the substitute property was that it was located on a busier street , with cars and trams running into the night and early morning. But we were fine with that, and were very pleased with our stay. Natasza was a terrific host and could not have dealt with the situation any better to make sure we had a delightful place to stay in Krakow!

Two month working vacation

I had a great stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and a beautiful panoramic view of Krakow. The location was great as it was close walking distance and tram stations close by. This welcomed diversity of cultural life.

Property was clean, AC and TV worked well, hot water good. Check-in went well, info from host received in advance. We did not meet host or hear from host after VRBO instructions. No city info or apartment info was available at the property. There were some outdated Krakow magazines on a shelf. If you like a firm/hard bed you will be pleased. The sloping ceiling is a danger to one's head when getting out of bed. Bring your own shampoo, etc. There is not a place to set anything in the shower. The location was suitable, although it initially took some time for us to locate it. Room darkening curtains would be a positive addition.

Location, Location

Easy walking access to Old Town section was key factor in choosing the unit. Gaving “LIFT“ was important, however, 8 steos to liftvsnd 20 steps after Lift to accesd unit can be a bit misleading if any stairs are a concern..
