Such a gorgeous hotel, don't let the fact that it's not right in the centre of Krakow out you off. Still a brilliant base to get around especially if you want a little bit of luxury. Couldn't fault our stay!

Great hotel and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had 3 rooms between us and all were slightly different. The location was excellent, 20 min walk from the main square up a straight road. We didn’t book breakfast but the hotel was close to some great cafes. Pharmacy and convenient stores close by. Definitely would go back to Krakow and stay in this hotel.

The hotel was very good but a little far from old town and there was not much round the hotel no resturants or bars so if you struggle with walking it might be to far to walk but there is a tram that takes you into old town and for a cheap price that runs well into the night and early morning breakfast was ok but abit expensive

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich lecker und ästhetisch angerichtet. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Leider nachts etwas lauter aufgrund der Tram, dafür ist man aber super schnell in der Altstadt.

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja sijainti loistava! Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneen siisteys ok, muutamia kohtia oli mitkä oli jätetty vähän siivoomatta kun saavuimme hotelliin ensimmäistä kertaa (mm. wc-pönttö, roiskejäljet vessassa). Great hotel for a short visit to Krakow, 20 mins walk from old town and the perfect spot to stay in Krakow. Eveything is within walking distance , restaurants, shops and even public transport links very easy Hotel room was amazing and just perfect Amazing staff who helped us massively, by booking a trip to Auschvitz and Birknau for us as we thought there was no availablity , luckily due to the staff member we were able to go. I couldn’t recommend this place enough

I was really impressed by this hotel. The location for us was extremely convenient. It was only a fifteen minute walk into the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the communal areas were superb. The breakfast was mainly waiter service and the choice of food was delicious. The coffee and hot chocolate equally as delicious. The staff were friendly and polite.

Thank you for a great stay, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pillow menu and worth the paying the extra for a larger room. Service was good, staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for ourselves, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants/bars were located.
