Lovely hotel, great staff and the rooms are nice, clean comfortable and modern. Very convenient location for exploring Krakow. We were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out, which was very helpful.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, at a very good price

A stunning boutique hotel right in the heart of the Old Town, near a beautiful park. The restaurant was intimate and cooked breakfast to order. The staff were absolutely lovely, so eager to help and very welcoming. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

It is situated next to a small park and opposite a school, yet it felt very quiet. The main square in the Old Town is within walking distance. Nice spacious room and nice and helpful staff. There are so many eateries within five minutes of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the hotel.

Great welcome and check in. Pleasant lobby. Very nice room. Clean modern bathroom. Insanely comfortable bed. Dark!!! Black out blinds were perfect. Quiet. The only downside was breakfast. Over priced. Not very good. Not appetizing. Overcooked omlette when it did come. Awful service. No coffee even offered. Same can be said for the other tables around me! No matter, ate elsewhere the rest of the time.

This was a wonderful and perfect hotel in the center of Krakow right next to old town. It was perfect for visiting the Christmas market. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I recommend this hotel very highly.

Wonderful hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean room despite being close to the elevator. Room darkening shades helped ensure a good night's sleep. Minibar fridge and coffee/tea in room. Only downside is the restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 5pm. We checked in at 3 and preferred to eat and rest a bit before heading to the rynek. Plenty of other options but for convenience, it would be nice if they had even light bites. Otherwise a lovely hotel that we will return to.
