A quality hotel with excellent facilities which offering a five star stay. The bar staff and Helena in particular were fantastic and helped make a memorable trip to Krakow. I will definitely look to stay here again.

This a beautiful and immaculately clean hotel in a prime location, 5 min walk to St Mary's Cathedral. We loved the pool with the water jets, also the steam and sauna. The buffet breakfast was extra, but had anything you could imagine! There are only good things to say about this hotel.

The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to the main square in just a few minutes. Rooms and amenities are very good. The only downside and a very minor one was the WiFi that was a little patchy in coverage within the room. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I'm in Krakow.

We got the luxury suite and it was beautiful! The only couple things that could improve- the small bathroom smelled weird, the view was of a random bunch of other apartments (luxury suite should have a nice outside view), and the room had some spots that smelled like a cat was there. I loved the pool, the sauna areas, and the room itself.

Disapointing

The breakfast was not 5 star worthy - the room was ok, i expected bigger for a 5 star and a better view. Pillows was too small and soft but the shower was the most positive about the room. The Spa was also ok but very small pool and not that deep. In my opinion it was not worthy the price to stay at this hotel, i would give it 3-4 star maximum.

The room (junior suite) was really nice, and the spa area better than expected! Our room wasnt ready until 40 min after stated check in time. The staff was helpful, but not that welcoming.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The hotel is absolutely wonderful; friendly staff, perfect location near an old town and amazing facilities. Everything is spotless, our room was spacious and comfortable. We made use of the spa every day which was such a lovely way to relax after lots of walking and exploring Krakow. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly daily maid service. Towels & bedding very clean. Clean towels/robes available for spa use. All staff were friendly and helpful. Had to pay deposit for use of minibar which we did just to have use of a fridge, so hopefully should get this money back. Great location, ideal for visiting all main attractions, loan of umbrella also available for rainy days.

Stayed for one week. We had 5 rooms in total and everyone was happy here. Great location with a very short walk to Old Town. Quiet and a nice escape after a busy day. Nice amenities are included (pool, gym, rooftop, bar and lounge areas). Layout and design are intuitive and convenient. I will stay here again.

Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.Zimmer sehr großzügig und sauber,jedoch der Kleiderschrank sehr klein,dafür 4 Sessel im Zimmer.Das Frühstück ist ausreichend jedoch für das Angebot zu teuer.Trotzdem ein Hotel mit mit sehr zuvorkommendem,freundlichem Personal.
