It was a disappointing thing when we first entered where we directly noticed the difference between the photos and the real thing, the apartment is unclean and old, the window and closet door where both broken, and the owner tried to charge me the closet door, accusing me that i broke it. But the way they recieved us and organized our tour was amazing, but the apartment itself is not good at all!! I recommend full renovation of it.

Very well situated apartment in the middle of Krakow. The price was very affordable for a reasonably spacious apartment. It was very clean. The downside was that the bed was in a loft and not very comfortable. There were not enough sheets for the bed and both the bedding and the pillows should be replaced immediately. Towels also need an upgrade. The wifi was spotty. All that said, the manager was very responsive and courteous and was happy to fix WiFi box. Given the price, I was not terribly disappointed and the apartment was cute.

Amazing location, lovely apartment.

As we have not paid much for this property we were truly stunned at how amazing it was. Not much to look at from outside but inside amazingly welcoming and comfortable. Also the location is a huge YES!!!!

Ok for students

This review is for the location on Krakowska street. Make sure you read reviews and look at the confusing photos carefully as they are all different places. As far as the positives go, the apartment was clean and has a decent amount of room, good location. On the downside, there is no toilet paper, the furniture is shabby (pillows attempting to huge rips in the couch), the building and room are extremely gloomy and dark, and you will inhale maybe 3 or 4 packs worth of cigarettes due to the downstairs residents constantly smoking in their apartments. Great if you want a real Eastern European experience.

Good location

Apartment location was good but no microwave only 2 hobs if you want to cook food.only two plug sockets,1 was over loaded which sparked when I went to charge phone the other loose at wall. The steps were quite dangerous which led to a uncomfortable bed.the tv only had polish channels and DVD player you could here film but not see a picture and one shower enclosure door hanging off.over all disappointing

Great view, great location

Our apartment had a fantastic view of Wawel Castle just across the street. Location could not have been better for seeing the Old Town, Kazimierz and crossing the Vistula. The building was under renovation when we were there, but we heard no noise, and our apartment was freshly decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we booked a tour to the Salt Mines through the hotel, and we were happy with this service.

Could be better

Clean apartment but lacked toiletries (thankfully I had my own) and the bed was just a mattress that was very soft, same with the pillows. It did have everything else you'd need and was very quiet. The owner was very rushed and the person I dropped off the key with at the restaurant next door was rude. Great location. You have everything you need in the area. For this price I would not stay again unless the cost was split with a few friends.

Fantastic location!

We stayed in Krakow for only a few days. And the apartment we stayed at was right across the road from Wawel castle and only a few minutes walk to the river. Old town was also within 5-10 minute walk! It was very spacious which was great for our family of 5. Also had a nice balcony overlooking a small courtyard. The floors in the bedrooms were wood & quite creaky though.could hear every step, especially at night. Having an extra toilet in the place was nice. Some basic necessities were missing or not thought of...no egg flipper, no dish towels, no laundry detergent for washing machine & we ran out of toilet paper on our last day because there wasn't enough of a supply in our apartment. Some of these things are not a big deal but still an inconvenience. We would still consider staying there again because of its size and fantastic location. Price was decent as well. So, it would be great if the owner considers our feedback !

Good family apartment

Perfect location next to Wawel castle and banks of Vistula river, and short walking distance to old town and Kazimierz. Nicely renovated apartment in an old, cosy building. Location is quiet at nights. Two king size beds and one sofa bed, which is good for kids (even two) but may be too short for adults. Very good check-in and arrangements for airport transfer and Auschwitz trip even with short notice. Apartment floor was old and very squeaky, and not level in all places so sometimes it felt like a little drunk to walk on it. Kitchen had dishware and basic cookingware. Good WiFi even for video streams. Definitely recommendable apartment for families.

This was a quaint apartment by the river in Krakow. We ended up going on a week where there was a festival so it was loud very late at night which was the biggest issue. Staff was very friendly and offered a refund as we checked out a day early.
