It was close to the Wawel castle. A little too far to walk to the old town where all the historical buildings are. Breakfast buffet was too expensive.

The property was lovely and clean. Staff were a little slow on the bar service at the time we were there. Maybe another staff member due to large group also waiting for drinks would be helpful.

Quick 20 minute walk from old town. Love the quietness of the location, and its access to a train that leads to central station. Staff was courteous and the restaurant/room service was exceptional. One of the best meals I've had in Warsaw surprisingly. There is a gym there and the facility was clean and modern. Highly recommend

Had a great time in Q Hotel Plus. Friendly stuff, free bottled water on a daily basis, nice food in the restaurant. Never had breakfast there so I can't comment on that. Convenient location and very quiet. Recommended

The hotel is OK, but the service was extremely bad. First the receptionist lady informed us that we cannot check-in yet (without any explanation), and she was very rude. Then the waiter at the hotel’s restaurant messed up our order and later he billed us incorrectly and wanted us to pay again (mind you that there is certain currency exchange rate when paying by card). What comes to the room service/house keepers, the cleaners tried to come in to our room multiple times even if we told them that there is no need for the housekeeping. Over all the stay was 5/10. Not too friendly staff but same goes to the locals.

Brand new hotel has all comforts. Parking available on the streeet or hotel garage. Nearby bus and tram stop, scooter and bike rental. 20m walking to old town. Very quiet at night, very Easy to reach.

I stayed here for a conference at the ICE Congress and this is the most convenient hotel - the doors are literally across a courtyard from each other. The breakfast buffet has loads of options. My deadbolt did not work the first night but they were able to fix it in about 10 mins the next day. A very nice property.

Very unpleasant welcome at the hotel. Front desk supervisor refuses to honor the platinum membership while being part of the VIP program, And upgrading to a better room even though they had availability. When asked why wont she upgrade, Her answer was that they can sell this room for more money and therefore she prefer not to upgrade. Even though the room they ended up giving was available at check in, Front desk requested extra fee for few few hours early check in. Hotel supervisor showed no intention to make the stay or check in pleasant. Lots of noise during the night. Location was excellent and with walking distance to the city center. Beside that, I would avoid this hotel if possible.

Ruhig gelegen und gute Zimmer. Housekeeping was nett und gründlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich. Leider sind die Fitnessgeräte veraltet und funktionieren teilweise nicht. Das Restaurant hat gute Qualität, ist aber gegenüber der Umgebung zu teuer. Leider war das Personal überfordert, hat alle Gäste in eine laute Ecke gesetzt. Die Getränke kamen nach dem Essen. Hotel und Frühstück super, Restaurant würde ich nicht empfehlen.
