We booked The Eden Beach club last minute to extend our stay and it was perfect. Everything you need in one place. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The food and drinks were great and the snorkeling and dive experience was too god to be true. Oh yeah... and to see beautiful sunsets was amazing too!!

Our favorite place to stay! The service was excellent and incredibly personalized. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, a charcuterie and embroidered personalized towels! The wrap around balcony had phenomenal views with seating areas for friends and a hammock which had a perfect breeze and view of the water. You can dive and snorkel right off the dock, but you can even see a lot of cool sea life just from standing on the edge of the dock. We will definitely be back and will be staying at Eden on our next visit!

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. In unserem ursprünglich gebuchten Zimmer hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer & Bett und sind am nächsten Morgen mit zahlreichen brennenden Stichen am Körper aufgewacht. Das ist weit mehr als nur ein kleines Ameisenproblem. Danach wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das neue Apartment war zwar größer und hatte eine Küche, war aber ebenfalls sehr dunkel und wirkte insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder im Internet wirken deutlich aktueller als das tatsächliche Hotel. Zusätzlich gab es während unseres Aufenthalts ein Super-Bowl-Event in der Anlage, das bis etwa 23:30 Uhr extrem laut war. Das ganze Gebäude vibrierte und im Zimmer hat es gedröhnt, als stünden die Lautsprecher direkt vor dem Fenster. An Erholung nach dem Tauchen oder Schlaf vor dem nächsten Tauchtag war nicht zu denken – gerade in einem Tauchresort ist das sehr unpassend. Auch die Ausstattung war enttäuschend: Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer (nur gegen 5 $ pro Tag Aufpreis), kaum Ablageflächen und keine Möglichkeit, nasse Bade- oder Tauchsachen zu trocknen. Wir waren schon mehrfach auf Bonaire und hatten dort deutlich bessere Preis-Leistung. Sehr enttäuschend ist auch der Umgang über Expedia, wo uns für diese Probleme lediglich ein 250 € Gutschein mit einjähriger Gültigkeit angeboten wurde – obwohl wir unter anderem mit Ameisen im Bett schlafen mussten. Wir wissen nicht, ob wir innerhalb eines Jahres noch einmal eine Reise buchen können. Leider insgesamt keine Empfehlung.

The resort generally was not overcrowded but be aware that on cruise ship days several lines offer a beach day excursion to Eden Beach so those days it gets quite crowded. The kitchen was underwhelming. Two plates/knives/forks/glasses. Very little cooking supplies and no toaster. The gas stove was to be lit using matches they left for us. We ended up not cooking at all. Luckily the restaurant food was pretty good. The snorkeling from their dock was amazing.

Comfortable bed and sparkling clean room. This is a very fun and lively hotel. Last night was Super Bowl. It was an awesome party with a massive screen right on the beach! Staff is so helpful too. Trystan at the front desk has given us helpful restaurant and grocery recommendations. Thank you Eden Beach!!!

All of the staff were great. Tristan and DJ at the front desk were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The bar staff were also very friendly and made good drinks! The place is very pretty.

Only 2 towels, no wash cloths, 1 hand towel and 2 pillows per person for that huge bed. The bedding was very thin with no extra blanket. Honestly for a suite you need to up your game!!! And no water bottles... every single one of the other hotels on this trip provided most of those things!!

Only bad point was that I got 2 hairs in my food from lunch at the restaurant. But they made it up by not charging the lunch. Can happen once of course, hopefully they prevent that in future (wear caps in kitchen for example)

Eden Beach Resort Bonaire gave us a memorable stay from beginning to end. Max reached out ahead of time via WhatsApp and stayed in touch throughout, always answering quickly and helping us with anything we needed, including a discount on a rental car. When we arrived, the team welcomed us warmly, walked us to our room, and left a bottle of champagne waiting for us to celebrate our anniversary. It was a thoughtful touch that really stood out. The property is in a fantastic spot right on the water. Our balcony overlooked the beach and the views were stunning, especially in the morning. We loved being able to walk out and jump into the water from the dock for snorkeling or diving. Having a full dive shop on site made everything even easier. Inside the room, everything was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning kept the space cool and the shower had excellent water pressure. It was the perfect home base for exploring Bonaire.

I had a great time at Eden. The room and bathroom were super clean, and I was surprised there was refrigerator. Super friendly en relaxed staff, at the front desk and at the bar. The building looked a bit outdated, but the interior was modern and comfortable.
