This loveley traditonal cottage is Set on the edge of the traditional village of Kritou Tera. The Cottage has its own private swimming pool and sun terrace. This quiet villa enjoys an enviable position looking out across the rural landscape to the sea, with the village below and the Troodos mountains beyond. The pool area is one of the best with plenty of space , sitting area and spectacular views.
The villa is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV and benefits from broadband internet access free of charge. The cottage comprises of 2 double bedrooms. The second bedroom is accessed by an outside stair case. The cottage benefits from air conditioning in all rooms. If You won't want to leave the villa for dinner, the local tavernas should not be missed as they provide a wide variety of local dishes and wines at a price which will not break the bank. For that after dinner stroll, there are scores of rural trails and walks with a beautiful waterfall too .
Coast/Beach: Polis beach is a 10 to 15 minute drive away as are the beaches connecting Latchi with Polis. There are a number of EU designated blue-flag beaches with life-guards on duty. Latchi's award winning marina is the place to watch the world go by whilst enjoying a drink or meal at one of the many waterside tavernas.
Further attractions:: Delightfully rural for walking, bird-watching, cycling etc. Bikes can be hired locally in Polis or Latchi. For nature lovers, the conservation area of Lara Bay is aonly a car journey away. Lara Bay is a protected beach and one of the few areas in the Mediterranean where Loggerhead and Green turtles lay their eggs. Latchi has watersports in abundance as well as popular, clean beaches and the main town of Polis has all of the facilities required to provide those home comforts to your relaxing escape.
Other Local Villages:: The Paphos region has a number which are within easy access and well worth exploring. Coastal villages such as Argaka and Pomos together with inland villages like Kathikas, Steni and Drouisha offer fresh, local fare at a fraction the cost of the main tourist areas. Many are proud of their heritage and have small museums giving an insight into local crafts and traditions.
