Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 16 Personen, es teilen sich immer 4 Personen ein Badezimmer. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, deshalb ist es nicht empfehlenswert seinen Hund mitzubringen. Parkmöglickeit für 4 Fahrzeuge. Die Gastgeber wohnen mit im Haus in einer Einliegerwohnung. Sie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Wenn man sie brauchte waren sie da und sonst hat man sie nicht gesehen. Leider hat die Reinigungsfirma keinen guten Job gemacht, es war nicht gut, bzw. kaum geputzt. In den Bädern fanden sich Haare der Vorgänger, in den Duschen waren richtige Haarbüschel, die man aus dem Abfluss ziehen konnte. Unter dem Bett fanden wir Müll und eine Haarspange, in den Schubladen des Nachtkästchens benutzte Taschentücher. Wir haben außerdem die Spülmaschine selbst repariert, der Spülarm lag einfach am Boden und war total verstopft, wir haben ihn gereinigt und wieder befestigt. Das Haus hat vermutlich ein Problem mit dem Abfluss der immer wieder fürchterlich gestunken hat. Der Kicker war kaputt, das Trampolin auf den Fotos war nicht vorhanden. Unser Fazit:Das Haus hat eine gute Substanz, es benötigt aber unbedingt mehr Pflege und hier und da auch eine Reparatur, der Besitzer sollte etwas genauer hinsehen und vor allem muss die Reinigungsfirma kontrolliert werden. Die Freundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber ist unbedingt hervorzuheben, sie haben wirklich versucht jedes Problem zu lösen. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren 5 familien und fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus. Die Vermieter waren immer zur stelle und sehr freundlich. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und auch wenn etwas kaputt war wurde es sofort repariert. Es war super sauber. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Beautiful spacios house

Beautiful spacios house. Large partially monitored terrace. Ideal for several families. Lovingly landscapes garden, with many plants. From the villa you can easily and quickly reach many beautiful beaches and the town Krk. If there is a problem, the owner will come right away and try to help. However, the pool didn´t work due to the last three days. The basement apartments are a bit damp and smell musty. If the basement apartments are better aired, it´s perfect.
