Beautiful, brand-new (completed in June 2022) upstairs apartment within walking distance of the outskirts of Greetsiel!

The spacious living area features a cosy L-shaped sofa and a separate armchair. From there, you’ll have a great view of the large TV with a connected stereo system. You can also step out onto the furnished balcony from here, which includes a patio umbrella.
Adjacent to this is the dining area and the kitchen. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, radio, and toaster.

Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a TV, and a wardrobe, as well as the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, washing machine, and hair dryer.

In the attic, behind a lockable door, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), a chest of drawers, and a TV. From here, you also have a great view across the fields all the way to the dike!

The entire upper floor features underfloor heating and high-quality laminate flooring. Pleated blinds are installed throughout the apartment; one bedroom has electric exterior roller shutters, and blackout pleated blinds are installed in the attic. Fly screens are also provided. Board games, fleece blankets for the balcony, and a lovely tea set round out the amenities.

A well-behaved dog is welcome in this apartment upon request; smoking is not permitted. In the storage room, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack.

Next to the house is a large storage shed with an electrical socket where you can charge any e-bikes you bring with you.

The parking space is located right next to the house. A wallbox can also be used for an additional fee and upon prior registration at the time of booking.

The “Anker” and “Boje” accommodation is located in the same building, should you need more space.

This bright and welcoming apartment is located in Neu-Hauen, away from the hustle and bustle of Greetsiel, yet the centre of Greetsiel is still within easy walking distance.
