“The Belmond Hotel is an amazing boutique hotel in Ksamil. Brothers Ronaldo and Eltim made our stay so relaxing. There was nothing that they cannot sort out for us from restaurant recommendations to asking their friends to take us places. The hotel is built to very high standards, the beds are very comfortable and the showers are very powerful. The buffet breakfast is fresh and there is a good selection of hot and cold foods. I could not finish this review without also thanking Mama, she does……

“Excellent place and excellent stay! The front desk are well spoken, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. The pool is great; both a nice place to lounge and also refreshing for when you don’t want to go to the beach. The breakfast is an excellent spread, and the chefs are friendly and nice. I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel milo. It’s also worth mentioning their soundproofing; it’s absolutely required for their location, but they very clearly invested significantly in it and it……

“On arrival, we were told that our room wasn’t available. However, the team had been expecting us and had already arranged accommodation for our first night at a property right next door. We didn’t ask about the circumstances, but we were very impressed with how the situation was handled. Everything was explained clearly, and we were made to feel welcome despite the unexpected change. The hotel has a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere in a very positive way. The staff are friendly, approachable……

“The staff and workers were wonderful. But the owner was a little money hungry. We needed a room one more night to our stay. And went to talk to front desk early morning of check out. He said he doesn’t have anything available but said wait because he might have something available. After waiting 4 hours he comes to use and says I have a room for 600 euro. But when I looked online the room is available for 180 dollars for two nights. We try to explain to him we need the room till ten pm and he……

“Such a lovely place to stay! The staff were really friendly and feels really family run. Everything was immaculatly clean including the pool and outdoor areas. The shop onsite was really useful and breakfast was great everyday. Set slightly back from the main street meant it was a two minute walk but also a more relaxed feel. We would 100% recommend and would stay again if we're lucky enough to come back to Ksmail 🤍☀️”
