Clean and modern almost to the point of sterility. Everything about it was meticulous and the view incredible. Security a little tedious and confused on check-in but got through it. Better than lax I suppose. Shopping Mall and monorail physically attached.

It was also a residential building I think. Not a regular hotel. If you are looking for room services or anything like that, this is not for you. It’s like an executive suite without services. Room is huge and new. There is a kitchen and laundry inside all for yourself. Price and location is also unbeatable.

Not great..

It is not a hotel but an apartment, so expect no service. Bring your own toiletpaper, toilet leaking so floor was always wet in the bathroom. The receptionist was informed but nothing happened. Easy for public transport.

Needed early check in and I called property several times to co firm early check in I was told it will be all sorted when I arrrive, however on arrival 3am in the morning we was at the property and there was no key card or anyone to help they was supposed to leave an key card with security but fail to we ended up getting a hotel for one night , the kitchen was disaster infested with insects and in the bathroom a bad smell coming from the vents would not book again , I recommend stay well away at all costs it’s expensive but cheap , I also believe the hotel leaked out personal information as I was contacted by someone who was pretending to be the hotel manager asking for a deposit I nearly gave my card details but I doubled checked with Expedia and was told not to and pay at the property the full amount , the reason I believe so is that when I complained to the hotel about not getting my early check in and why was there no key card they told me the systems was down and they are using there own personal laptop to operate and hence there was an miscommunication, not good for me as my personal could be compromised,

Zimmer sauber, sehr groß und für ein paar Tage sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Eingangstür war am Anfang recht ungewöhnlich, aber nachdem wir verstanden haben wie diese zu öffnen ist, war es kein Problem. Leider nur 4 Sterne, da wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben. leider gab es keins, ich soll mich eigenständig an Expedia wenden. Habe ich gemacht, bislang ohne Erstattung.

Acceuil horrible

Bonne situation,très propre.Acceuil glacial,pas de CB le soir pour prendre sa chambre.Chambre familiale reservé mais pas de lit pour les enfants juste 2 canapé.On a demandé un lit d’appoint ,ils nous ont posé un matelas par terre.On a l’impression de déranger la réception quand on demande quelque chose.Bref un gros travail a faire sur l’organisation….

愉快住宿

位置佳，接駁著Monorail站，出遊方便。連接Quill Mall，有餐廳及supermarket，購物及用餐也非常便利。 房間整潔寬敞，冷氣充足，水壓也沒問題。 Easy check out, 即使沒觀景但也很滿意。
