「It was very nice until last night that room is not tidy up with trash still on the counter, dead insert next to the bed and tissues was not refill. Location is very close to China town and it was pretty noise during the night.
Breakfast is excellent. 」

「Very good hotel with comfort environment! Breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices. Surrounding area near China town with easy convenience places to go. Also near the MRT/LRT stations which is very convenience to take for visit around the town.」

「Staying at the Park Hyatt was a dream. Staff were courteous, efficient and would take the initiative when dealing with customers. My mom is 75yo and upon checking in, they ushered us into the park lounge before settling us at the restaurant while we waited for our room. I didn’t even have to ask. Service was impeccable.
When my aunt, uncle and my brother decided to join us for breakfast the next day, once again your team spared no expense in providing a memorable service to my extended family...
