「Pros The bed provided a good and comfortable sleep experience. The bathroom ventilation fan was working well. There was proper lighting at the dressing desk, which was helpful for makeup or grooming. The air conditioner cooled the room effectively. The lift was in good condition and functioned properly. Cons Poor bathroom condition: The bathroom was in very poor condition and clearly in need of an upgrade. In the first room, the shower heater was not functioning, which required a room...

「Nice location - close to the beach, clean inside, no wifi connection (something is wrong and couldn't figure out), lack of direction to assigned parking spots.」

「Smal but comfortable apartment. Lovely views from the balcony. Could be so much better if the apartment and corridors were refreshed/ renovated. Very busy at weekends but very quiet Monday to Thursday. Owner of the flat very helpful. Few good nearby shops and restaurants. People very nice and friendly.」

「1 of the best accommodation i stayed in genting. Communication was prompt via whatsapp. Location wise about 20 min walk to sky avenue. Very clean, comfy with nice view. Minor negatives : leaky shower head and lack place to hang towels. Filtered drinking water provided. Got microwave and washer drier which we never use. Fast wifi.」

「The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.」

「Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. I hope these points help improve the...

「Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless」
