Best staff in good budget hotel

Great staff who were super friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. Comfortable room with basic amenities. Bathrooms could do with improving but it’s a super budget stay in great location

Great staff in great location

Great service and really friendly staff. Great location although this there is a nightclub close so you can hear but good windows and ear plugs work well, perhaps ask for a quiet room. They looked after our bags while we went away on the longhouse trip

The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us.

Extra pillow. At least change the bedsheets once a day even your stay more than few day in the same room.

This has always been one of my favourite affordable comfort hotel stays in Kuching. The room itself is always clean and well maintained and I always like their citrus scented shower gel. Staff is also friendly and helpful like always. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The room was actually quite pretty and comfortable, much nicer decor than Tune Hotel and newer plus well maintained too. I was a bit worried because it was near a pub/club(?) and when I arrive there was fairly loud music playing but when I entered my room it was peaceful and quiet. I also love the shower gel they provided which was citrus scented. Bed was also firm with sufficient support and they provided 4 big fluffy pillows for a queen sized bed. It was definitely pillow heaven for me. The only downside was that all switches were near the entrance so I have to walk all the way to the door to turn on/off the lights when going to sleep. Also, during my first night the aircond turned off by itself in the middle of the night. I'm not sure if someone placed it in sleeper mode or something but I had to get up and walk all the way to the entrance to turn on the lights just to check the remote. Luckily on the 2nd night it was alright so I managed to get a proper sleep. Other than this small mishap, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Very friendly staff, comfy bed, clean bathroom and nice room.
