Apartment 8. 401 in house 8 for 2 people on the grounds of the marina residence, only 100 meters to the beach and marina, 26 m² living space, 3rd Floor south-facing roof terrace with a clear view of the cooling, completely modernized at the end of 2015, 5 min to the city center. on foot, in the neighboring hotel complex you can use the sea water swimming pool and the sauna area for a fee. Washer and dryer (in house 7) for a fee, parking space number 8. 401 on the property, non-smoking, pets on request!The apartment has: living room with kitchenette - ceramic hob with 2 plates, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 1 upholstered bed (1.80 x 2.00), 1 wardrobe with mirror, 1 chest of drawers, dining area, LCD TV (66 cm) with DVD, radio / CDDU / WC with window, mirror cabinet with illuminated cosmetic mirror and hairdryer
