Die Wohnung ost ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Die Lage ist einfach klasse, daher geben wir 4 von 5 Punkten!

Erholsame Zeit in guter Lage
Es war eine entspannte Zeit mit vielen Fahrradtouren und viel Sonne am nahen Strand. Der Fahrradkeller war leider nicht gut erreichbar und auch voll, so dass wir die Räder hinter das Auto stellen mussten. Gut war aber, dass überhaupt eine Tiefgarage für Auto und Räder verfügbar war. Die Dusche war für uns zu niedrig in der Wohnung und im Bad konnte leider das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Beim Fernseher liefen nicht alle Sender, aber da wir viel draußen waren, hat uns das nicht groß gestört. Alles andere war super.

Überwiegend zufrieden
Einzig negativ in diesem Haus ist der fehlende Aufzug. Vor allem wenn man, wie wir, eine Wohnung in der obersten Etage hat, ist es im Alter schon beschwerlich einen Koffer für 2 Personen nach oben zu bringen

Ein toller Kurzurlaub
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit der integrierten Küche praktisch. Das Schlafzimmer lag ruhig im Innenhof, die Matratzen waren rückenfreundlich. Bäcker, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, in 3 Minuten ist man an der Seebrücke.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung.Praktikabel und mit Qualität eingerichtet. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 👍
Alles bestens. Vorschlag: Vielleicht kann im Inserat noch mitgeteilt werden, das es keinen Aufzug gibt. Wir waren in Whg 23 und das war eine Herausforderung mit Gepäck im betagten Alter😀. Trotzdem haben wir nichts zu beanstanden

Schöner Herbsturlaub
Die geänderte Verkehrsführung in der Strandstraße hätte besser kommuniziert werden müssen. Das Ferienobjekt hat keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung als solches ist gut eingerichtet. Das Bett mit guten Matratzen bestückt. Der Wohn - Küchenbereich ist auch gut eingerichtet. Lediglich das Badezimmer benötigt mal demnächst eine Aufhübschung. Der völlig verkalkte Duschkopf muss nicht sein! Ein Kosmetikspiegel wäre auch ein Plus! Für die zuständige Appartementpflegerin vergeben wir nur 3 Sterne, da lagen noch ein paar Tote unter dem Sidebord im Wohnzimmer.

Sehr gepflegte, ordentliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmals versuchen, diese Wohnung für einen Urlaub zu buchen. Es passte einfach alles! Sehr empfehlenswert.
