We know Europe isn’t as equipped for summers (and heatwaves like we experienced) so we looked for air conditioning which was listed as an amenity. Not only was the property only equipped with a fan - when we contacted the host they tried to tell us that the fan was a European air conditioner because it worked on a water base.
