「A very disappointed experience! I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and...

「Very nice hosts」

「A very traditional Japanese onsen inn. The staff are very professional to introduce all the facilities in the hotel and to prepare dinner and breakfast for us. The staff are very polite and nice. Although the hotel is a little bit far away from the JR station with slopes going up and down, the experience here was great! 」

「Perfect experience highly recommended flawless experience on everything」

「not a walking distance from the station. Taxi cost around 1200 yen, we did not bring any suitcase but stored in Hakata station.」

「Wonderful experience! The onsen was the perfect way to unwind, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Although the cloudy weather meant we couldn't see the stars, the night tour was still an absolute blast. Looking forward to returning very soon for round two!」

「I had a wonderful stay at Yufuin Sansuikan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yufuin. The location is very convenient—just about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the station, making it easy to get around even with luggage. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings, which made it a great place to unwind. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would...
