"I experienced wonderful service at all the hotels I stayed in in Turkey- 5 over 8 nights - but the friendliness & service of the staff at the Renaissance surpassed everyone. We were welcomed warmly, and there was atmosphere of genuine helpfulness. The breakfasts & restaurant staff were amazing. "This is a budget price hotel and you get what you pay for . The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with everything working and in decent condition , including the air conditioning which was vital as it was over 30°c . We stayed here for 2 nights and had no problems. The negatives were the location, the hotel is down a back street with no view , and to get into the tourist area there was a short walk which took you past a brothel and numerous strip...
