"This is the worse hotel and it looks nothing like on the photo. I asked for a quite room as I am a light sleeper so they give me a room on the 3rd floor right below the restaurant. I could not sleep at night before someone moved tables and chair all night long. The room itself was very very small and not updated. There was an A/C but the smell was so bad so I kept just the window open. Also, the location is busy and anywhere you go, you need to go up to hill.. "

"Bathroom sink and toilet flush was leaking which made the bathroom floor wet most of the time. Paid for 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and 4 years, inturn got 1 double bed and 1 single bed. "

"Good 5 star hotel but the mattress, carpet and air conditioning is a bit tired. The housekeeper will always adjust your thermostat to 22, but it needs to be left at its lowest setting if 18.5C to keep the room comfortable (adjust the fan level instead). Our keys frequently stopped working to unlock the door, twice after being just made at the front desk just before heading upstairs to the room. Baffled even the staff that needed to accompany you to make sure the new key could open the door: NOT"
