Cozy Lakefront Getaway with 3 kayaks, in Hillsdale County, Bird Lake Michigan.

"This isn't a rental. This is your 2nd home! We felt so at home here. Everything was well stocked, furnished, equipped with just about everything you'd use in your everyday home. The only thing that was missing from the kitchen was a blender, but everything else was there. It's a very peaceful and quiet spot. There were even toys for our little one, which was a nice touch! We're definitely staying here in the future."

"We were so pleasantly surprised by our experience here! Being a Holiday Inn Express, my expectations were not super high, if I’m being honest. However, we walked in and Kailey (not sure of spelling) at the front desk was an absolute ray of sunshine after a 9 hour drive with 3 kids. She was so helpful and just NICE. Customer service these days is a lost art so it was refreshing to see that delivering excellent service is a priority here. Our room was very clean. The pool was open from 8am-10pm which was very helpful for the 2 rainy days we had during our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly really good and the staff was very attentive with making sure the buffet was restocked. Every staff member we encountered was just SO NICE. One staff member even came and found us at the pool to see if we needed more towels for our room. This hotel is a 10/10 and we will be staying here again next time we are in the area!"

"Lake front was wonderful, nice sandy bottom, great swimming. excellent spot to go fishing. We caught bass, bluegill, perch, catfish, and even a turtle. The kids had a blast! House was nice and cozy. The owners are great people, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We Plan on going back next year. This is a wonderful place."
