"Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice.
Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."

"Getting there wasn’t too bad and checking in was a smooth process. The place was clean and spacious, and for the price, it’s well worth it! it has everything you need and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Fukuoka. Definitely a neat area!"
