The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

* Paper Towels

* Clothes Hangers

Disclaimer: Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that a $20 replacement fee will be charged for any towels that are stained, damaged, or missing at the end of your stay.

Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool.

**Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. **

Parking is limited at the property. The garage can fit two cars inside and the height of your vehicle will need to be max 5'9". During the peak season of June, July, and August; we will provide you with one parking pass for the street. If you have more than two vehicles, you will need to purchase any additional parking passes through the phone number on property or the Premium Parking App for Kure Beach.

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.
- No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc.
- No smoking in or on-premises.
- Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee (PER PET - 2 Dogs MAX - 50 pounds)
