Great place to stay!

Overall this was a great place to stay! Great location, great amenities, and was very comfortable! I would highly recommend this location for families!

Perfect location for us.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. The location is perfect for us. Close to the pier (literally facing it), but on a side street with less traffic. The kids loved the pool, spending many hours in it. My only critique would be on the furniture. Trying to get up from the couch took some work! But overall, we love this place, and the fact we can bring our dog with us makes this place perfect for our family.

Wonderfully Made

It was a great experience! Enjoyed the amenities that came with the property! The only downside, was the garbage disposal (I fixed while there). A quick manual crank, and reset the breaker on the unit itself, made it functional. Also, the dryer ran, however it would not dry. No worries. It all worked out! I really appreciate their attention to detail. I will definitely recommend this property for future references! Thanks again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was sight unseen as the property I originally rented ended up with water damage from broken pipe. This property had great views, was quiet and spacious. The 1st floor bedroom was odd, as I believe it was intended to be the wet room with bath off the pool area. The unit has a few mechanical issues, code pad door would not lock on day 2, internet and cable not working from arrival, sheet set missing fitted sheet and fire extinguisher on empty, but all was fixed by the end of day 2. Very prompt(considering Covid and Christmas)and professional company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part it was good. Our unit did change from the one we originally booked due to a water damage issue, so not sure if the basement bedroom situation could have been better suited for us. I felt that the bathroom floors all needed a good washing. Not as clean as I would have liked. Heat was difficult to control. And lastly but quite 2 year old grandson picked up a blood pressure pill off the floor and it did not belong to anyone from our group. Luckily he did not ingest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was outstanding. The condo is very nice and Bryant Reality is outstanding to work with. We had a wonderful time. The only issue I had was the house was not very clean when we arrived. Nothing major but the floors were not swept, the counters were sticky. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fine.
