"This hotel location is really convenient, station is nearby,safe area and good market selection in a walking distance. This hotel is magnificent 👌 staff friendly and the breakfast buffet is amazing. I have to say i was worried about location because seems far for all the center but really is not that far and staying in a quiet area far from the noise and the crowd is a Plus I definitely recommend this place if you like a quiet place and good service and comfort. I definitely would staying here again."

"The lounge amenities were excellent. The food and beverage offerings were abundant and of high quality. We were underwhelmed by our accommodations. We booked a Familia Suite B at considerable expense to discover that it was not a true suite at all; it was just one larger room with a kitchen area. It was disappointing. The second thing we disliked was the misleading so called free drink coupons they provided for their Sky Lounge. When we went to use them it turned out there was a 1000 yen per person charge to sit up there. We felt duped."

"It was a good hotel for a short stay/transit between your flights. Very convenient in terms of location, it is on departure floor of Haneda International Terminal by the check in area."
