「Breakfast is fantastic 」

「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」

「It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.」

「The Staff Girl is very kind and helpful for me on early check in , the location is very good, a shopping mall nearby just cross the road .」

「The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the metro station, and is easy to find. There are small grocery stores and hawkers nearby and they open till very late (like 9-10 pm) so it is convenient to buy stuffs even if arrive late. The owner is really friendly and helped us to provide everything we need to settle down smoothly. 「Beautiful room with balcony. We have ocean view and city view. True kingsize bed! Good selection of breakfast. Cute restaurants nearby. To avoid steep uphill climb to blue mosque, we took a longer route thru garden paths, parking lot and few steps. Staffs are friendly and helpful.」

「Picked here as good position for walking, near the main tram (T1) and had sea views. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Good breakfast on the terrace, drinks in the evening after being out. Lovely staff. 」

「Hotel staffs Selman and the team are very nice and helpful, the Cappadocia tour they arranged for us made the trip more easy and safe to do so. The hotel is at a walking distance to the main attractions too. It’s a Lovely stay at Istanbul.」
