"Good spot to stay overall. Wish the rooms were a little colder and the beds are only about 3-4 inches thick so not too comfortable, but both of these seem pretty common around hostels located in Asia. I would stay again."

"The hostel is clean and well maintained. 15 minutes on foot of Hakata station. There are a lot of little restaurants near. The staff is very helpful. The only thing missing for this to be perfect would be a little shared kitchen. "

"The hostel quite nice but a lower of people stay there. Only 1 bath room & toilet at each floor is no enough. Room is so clean and comfort. Location is OK. Just few mins. walk can reach stopping area and restaurant. Staff is helpful."

"Feels a little sketchy but is still pretty safe. Use the earplugs though! There is a nearby restaurant called Japonica that only has hamburg steak, and it's amazing! Best I've had in my life. If you’re interested, it's super close so definitely check it out"

"I always stay here when I stay in Fukuoka. The staff are friendly and kind. It has good access to all transportation facilities, and is very convenient with Aeon, a pharmacy, and a convenience store nearby."

"Avoid it at all cost. Over 20 beds crammed in the bigger room on 4/F, and I was charged JPY8,200 for one night, Jesus Christ! No common area for people to get together and chat. Only one toilet for each gender, and it must be shared by over 15 adults each. This is unethical and I don't know if it is permitted by law to sell lodging this way! Also, on the G/F, it showed its previous name: @福岡 81 旅館青年旅舍 81's Inn Fukuoka", which has discontinued advertising on Expedia.com. I think Expedia should...

"Great hotel with an amazing location. Has a really fun atmosphere, with free happy hour drinks every evening, good music playing in the lobby, and a free Photo Booth. The room was comfortable, and as a bonus, the fan was really strong and I was able to hang dry my laundry in just a few hours. Only negative was that the room was quite dusty in spots, particularly beside the bed."

"I love their bathroom, the best one in Japan so far for me. The layout is just right. Water pressure is crazy good. The bedroom is quiet and has everything you need. They give you a new pajama everyday. Breakfast is awesome. Never get too crowded. I love their salad which is always fresh and grilled pork loin which is cooked in charcoal oven. Yummm. Public hot tub is a plus and I used it every night."

"The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy. I especially loved the public bath — it exceeded my expectations! It was just a bit disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room. If there's a good price deal, I’d definitely love to come back. Out of all the places I stayed in Fukuoka, this was the best!"
