「The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, modern, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end for us. The food and drinks are very overpriced for what you receive, and the level of hospitality from the staff was disappointing. We experienced very few smiles or greetings, and at times it felt as though we were overlooked simply because we weren’t Turkish. Unfortunately, this was the least welcoming staff we have encountered during our travels in...

「Bit of an oddity this place - it has a small pool but you can't use the hotel's towels in it. i.e you have to bring or buy your own which I have never before come across. It also says 'direct access to private beach' but it is not their private beach it's an independent one across the street and is quite expensive at 1000 lira. It's a bit like saying you have access to a Rolls-Royce, which you do, if you want to pay for it. With regard to the rooms, the suites are excellent and probably worth...

「Window screens or AC in the first floor is a must. Both were missing hence we had a difficult time with mosquitoes. Otherwise, as a family we had really good time. We loved being close to shopping in walking distance. The management was quite responsive whenever we needed help with showers, wifi or door keys. Hand and foot towels would be a plus. 」
