Pandemi için en çok dikkatli davranan oteldi. Oda genel olarak vasattı. oda temizliği ortalamanın altındaydı. Çarşaflar ve yatak örtüsü çok eski perdeler uzun zamandır yıkanmamış gibi. Yatak baya eski. Yatak rahat değildi. Yatak yanında sadece bir priz. Klima eski ama işini yapıyordu. Tv 82 ekran HD bir tv idi gayet iyiydi. Oda da buzdolabı, su ısıtıcı ve su kahve çay gibi ikramlar yoktu. Banyo da duşakabin yoktu. Her taraf su olması ve ayağınıza ekstra bir terlik lazım. Banyo 2000 lerden kalma gibi ve bakımsız. Tuvalet klozeti pas lekelerini görebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı ortalama bir kahvaltıydı. Toplamda 10 çeşit gibi düşünün. Fiyat uygundu ve buna kahvaltı dahildi. Bu deneyimden sonra tekrar kalmayı düşünmem.

Terrible hotel. We know that covid changed everything but this is unacceptable. When we arrived they did not know about our reservation and we had to show them two times that we really have a reservation. No one else was staying in the hotel. Hotel was unclean, looks like you entered to bachelors private appartment. Lobby was like living room and completely not functioned. Smelly and dusty room. Shower was only extremely hot so we had to “shower” in a sink. Spider webs on windows. In the morning when we came for a breakfast around 10 AM, we woke receptionists sleeping on lobby sofas. We barely touched the breakfast because it looked like it was laying in the fridge for some time. Strange and creepy place.

Good location. Not near crouded city centre but easy to catch by walk 15-20 walk. Have caffe and mini market near. By taxi to buss station is 13 lira . Friendly stuff. Goid service. Nice building. Beds very hard-if u prefer soft it s not easy to sleep there :) For short stay was good.

Kuşadası’nda Bir Gece

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Serinlemek adına güzel küçük bir havuz var, gayet kullanışlı idi. Park sorunu yok. 20-30 metre ötesinde özel bir hastane var. Kahvaltı çok iyi değildi, biraz masraftan kaçınılmış. Çok daha iyi kahvaltılar yaptık diğer otellerde. Bunun haricinde herşey çok güzeldi. 15 dakika yürüme ile Kuşadası merkeze ulaşabilirsiniz.

Excellent place to stay in Kusadasi, Turkey.

Hotel was only 5-min walking distance from town's market streets from which, you can travel anywhere without trouble by public transport. It's also a 10-min walk to a public beach right next to yacht marina where you will find many different places to eat or drink. Hotel's facilites were well enough. A pool is available during day time for adults and children. Staff will offer you some tea or coffee without any charge if you want to hang out on the tables in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was nice and sufficient. You shouldn't expect a 5-star hotel meals or services from a 3-star hotel. But you should expect and will definitely get a nice chit-chat with hotel owner and staff while going in and out during your stay. A warm welcome when you check-in and smiling faces of staff every time. You can't find these kind of stuff in a 5-star hotel. We felt like we're guests in owner's house instead of two customers in a random hotel. All in all, don't be deceived by negative comments. It was our first time in Kusadasi and we will definitely come back. When we do, Saturn Hotel will be our accomodation again.
