「Agréable, propre, calme , spacieux et traditionnel. Ma famille a adoré.」

「Great small hotel in the middle of Gion. A short walk to many attractions and Kyoto’s downtown. Staff was helpful and communicated well.」

「Excellent location under a 10 minute walk to Shijo station and Nishiki market is steps out your front door. Lots of restaurants and plenty of room for a family of four. The check-in process is the only odd part but it’s not that difficult to navigate if you arrive at Kyoto Station and it’s easy to catch the subway to Shijo station and walk to the property. Excellent property. We would stay there again. FYI…. The first floor rooms have opaque windows so you have no view. It wasn’t a deal killer...

「Super location and quiet room with real Japanese style bed on floor. Practical for trips into town or further since bus stops are right beside the building. Locally within walking distance there are ramen restaurants also temples and the Philosophers path. Suited me perfectly as I don't spend much time in hotel I like to be out taking photos. If I visit Kyoto again I would love to stay here again.」
