“The approach road, the last 1.8 km is unimaginably horrible. I started doubting my own intelligence for booking this. But thankfully cottages were good and staff friendly. You will have to make good with whatever food is served here. ”

“Our stay at the Om Shanti Patnem was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers direct beach access, outside dining and drinks, with a diverse menu. Beach lounge chairs are available for all guests. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The little shopping areas around the hotel were quaint and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance of Om Shanti. Taxi and Tuk Tuk stands are close by. ”

“The accommodation was clean and basic. Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis. In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. The accommodation was separated from the pool location where you had to cross the road to another building with the pool. The pool water was not clean. Outside the pool area……

“excellent spot for a few days in palolem. located at the south end it’s closer to the quieter beach area. it’s not seafront but about as close as it gets at this price point. homemade indian breakfast is a plus. siddesh (the manager) made sure that the stay was seamless and helped with airport transfers.”

“Great hotel. We were a family of 4, and had a family suite with 2 connected rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son became ill during the trip and they helped sort out a doctor and ckean the room Hotel was very clean. Pool area was great with bar serving food and drink”

“I booked the sea front room but they gave me another room when I arrived, the owner said that he was really sorry and gave me some money but not the complete difference between rooms… there wasn’t A/C in my room, no hot water, the towels and sheets were really old and stained, the wifi worked perfectly.”
