"Might've been a nice play to stay a few years back but I think covid was a bit hard on this place - falling apart and doesn't look much like the photos - it's pretty dead. Breakfast not included despite what it says on the listing - kitchen not a thing - only staff were a couple of teenagers who didn't really seem to know what was going on. Lots of wildlife in the rooms if you like that sort of thing - my foot went through the floor of the bungalow I was staying in at one point. Had paid...

"Beautiful property, not quite what we expected from the photos (we though it would be a bit more green and secluded but it was right in the middle of town) but fantastic nonetheless. The architecture was high-ceilinged wood, stone, and glass that just felt like luxury. And the staff was above-and-beyond polite and helpful."

"Everything was great. We had a few issues and the lovely staff helped us out with a smile. Very happy!"

"Great pool, room required some routine maintenance to bring it up to scratch. Noisy due to location - which was a great location, so bring some ear plugs to combat this. You will also need to grab some bug spray to beat the mosquitoes. Servicing seemed to be done on request not daily. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. Toothbrush and soap was supplied though. Over all a cheep and cheerful place to stay but could easily be improved to amazing with some added touches."

"Lina Boutique is an incredible property. The photographs themselves are amazing but the property in person is even better. The villa is kept in pristine condition and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast in our room on a daily basis and the quality and taste of the food is better than some of the restaurants. I will definitely be coming back here! "

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and Tampah Hills blows them all out of the water! From the moment you arrive at your villa you’re welcomed by the friendliest staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have, and will truly do everything in their power to make you feel at home. You’ll have a WhatsApp number to contact if there is anything you may want, and they will literally meet almost any request you may have. For example, we requested a romantic dinner on our pool deck in our villa the day of and they drove all the way to the main town on Lombok, 2 hours away, to buy flowers for the setup and make sure everything was perfect! We thought this was a one and done hotel but it is well worth the extra effort of going to Lombok and we will be making this a standard trip of ours now! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for everything! "

"This location is excellent value and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Kuta Lombok. The only gripe we had was that we could not figure out how to turn off a bright light shining in our window. It appeared that all rooms like ours had the same light on, so perhaps it was not possible. "

"The Sima was a last-minute booking for us. The room and facilities were showing their age. It could have been cleaner. That said, it was a great experience! Lovely location, air conditioner worked (not always a given :)) and the breakfast was also lovely. Their affiliated spa provided the best massages of our trip. We would go back."
