청소에 조금 더 신경써야할듯.

장점: 방과 거실이 분리되어 넓었고 냉장고도 커서 머무는내내 음식 보관하기 좋았음. 가격대비 조식 맛있음 그러나 가짓수는 적음. 방 바로 앞이 수영장이었음 이용하는사람 그리고 거의없음. 그리고 호텔 바로 옆이 푸드코트같은곳이라 먹을곳 충분. 꾸따시내까지 걸어가기엔 30분정도라 가깝지는않음. 그랩 잘잡힘(그랩타면 2500원 안쪽으로 시내접근가능) 단점:방에 먼지가 너무 많고 침구가 깨끗하지 않았다. 4박내내 눈과 코가 가려워서 힘들었다. 시설도 많이 낡은편이다. 에어컨도 아주 오래되었다. 단체손님이 너무 많아서 호텔 로비앞은 밤이되면 관광버스로 가득했고 호텔 주변으로 냄새나는 도랑이 지나다닐때마다 불쾌했다. 하루머물거나 저렴한 가격만 생각한다면 굿.

Disappointed

On arrival the customer service was good. Throughout the stay we had found the food from the hotel was poorly made and the staff even laughed at the dishes they presented to us. It consisted of an off-smelling mess. No alcohol is available. So don't bother if you are looking for a nice bar or any type of booze. Overall I would give it a 1 star out of 5 for its cleanliness and certain friendly staff. Would not recommend unless my grandpa is looking for a very quiet unfacilitated hotel.

Good hotel with great staff

It was a good hotel, with nice modern room, clean and spacious. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast had a medium variety, but delicious. The best part of the hotel is the always smiling and very polite staff. It is a little bit far from the main touristic street, but it is a more quiet area.

Nicht Europäer geeignet

Leider ist das Hotel nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Frühstück bietet keine große Auswahl und ist bis auf Toastbrot und Marmelade (?) nicht auf Europäer eingestellt.! Das Zimmer wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt, tote Käfer bleiben liegen. Obwohl Hotel erst knapp über ein Jahr alt ist, wird bereits wieder lärmend renoviert! Wir haben für 2 Wochen Halbpension gebucht.. ABER: nachdem wir das zweite mal zu Abend essen wollten, wurde uns erklärt, dass nur 1(!!!!!) Abendessen inklusive ist bei Halbpension.. Was habe ich an dem Wort Halbpension nicht verstanden (?). Das Personal ist jedoch sehr bemüht und freundlich! Leider insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen!

Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean but relatively compact. We did not get wi-fi within the bedroom area but occasionally you may receive weak signal in the bathroom. The pool is quite small.

Nice hotel, good value for the money

This hotel was a great value, rooms were pretty good. Staff was excellent! Very helpful and answered any questions i had for surrounding area. Wifi in rooms didnt work most of the time though. Would stay here again.

Just like home..

We travel in a family holiday to Bali and stayed 5days 4nights. The crew upon arrival was very attentive and helpful. The kids were thrilled to have the pool right in front of our room. The restaurant and breakfast provided was excellent for us.. We have been talking about our holiday to family and friends and we relate the hotel of the pleasing stay throughout our holiday.. We may comeback..

The hotel does not have a proper restauarant and located in a neighbourhood where there are no eat-outs, restaurants,etc. Breakfast is hopeless. The staff are quite friendly but are clueless when comes to support on how to use the locker, how to connect to Wifi,etc.
