South Kuta Hotel with Pool

"I will start by saying initially we came there for my birthday not knowing there was major construction happening right next door to the property. Our first night we were kept up all night by the workers who decided to pull an all nighter. Though that was not a pleasant experience, after I made my complaint to the front of house, management and staff made sure very quickly that we were heard and taken care of. They immediately the following morning switched our room (even upgraded us) and made sure we were well accommodated for our interrupted evening. So though it did not get off to the best start our first night, the way the staff handled the situation was nothing less than 5 star. Of course they have no way of controlling the construction happening on a different property but when brought to their attention of our displeasure, they stepped up and took care of our every need quickly to turn the tide of our experience. Other than the construction issue, the property itself is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, the management made sure we were happy, the breakfast was delicious and my special birthday dinner by the ocean was perfect. Thank you to Anantara for creating a wonderful birthday experience after such a rocky start. Well done!"
