"The staff were absolutely amazing. I had an experience where I booked a driver through the hotel to take us to Nusa Dua to our next hotel. When checking out, I finalised the bill which I didn't realise included the transfer to the next hotel. I then paid the driver in cash directly, meaning I had double paid.
When I realised, I advised Cros Bali Breaker and they offered a refund and physically delivered the cash refund to me to the next hotel which is an hour away, without question.
I very much appreciate that the staff went over and above to rectify the situation and I would like to thank them for this.
I would highly recommend this hotel due to the overall service they provide. "
