“The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full……

“Clean room, activites are a bit overrated. There is one small area where all 5 games are to be played, so it becomes a bit crowded. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Paid food was too tasty, so breakfast can also be tasty. Service is extremely fast, kudos to that”

She still wanted me to clear last night dinner bill immediately. Resort has my 40 lakh car standing in your parking. There is no way I can runaway without paying bill. Height of rediculousness. Very petty behaviour. Front staff lack basic guest sensitivity. I had two reservations back to back .... reception knows that very well. Have asked to……

“Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area. My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us. ”
