「We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was fantastic—convenient and quiet. The home itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was responsive, welcoming, and provided clear check-in instructions. 「Overall stay was great! House was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of kitchen and bath towels. Deck was a very nice hangout spot to enjoy the evenings and watch the deer running around. Our only issue was the broom and vacuum that were in the house to use during our stay had seen better days and were unusable. We ended up buying a broom and dustpan to clean up after ourselves throughout the week.」

「We truly enjoyed our stay this year and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. It's nice having a carport to store the boat under and it is very close to the Jonathon Creek boat ramp. There are a couple of different ways to approach this rental, and I would suggest taking the farthest "Oasis Road" turn off to the west if you're pulling a boat. 「My only complaint is that we thought we were getting a private rental and turns out we were sharing the space with tons of mice. You can hear them in the walls, droppings everywhere and even a dead mouse in a trap in the hallway upon arrival. Management did not care at all. All kitchen drawers had droppings in them and everything had to be washed before we could use it.
