Kiva paikka

Huoneisto on kivalla paikalla Talvijärven vieressä, Ruka rinteen juurella. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Miinuksena sänkyjen, tyynyjen ja peittojen kunto; itse sain sängystä allergisen reaktion. Kodikas ja mukavan oloinen asunto.

Toimiva, kiva huoneisto. 2x WC erittäin hyvä, takkapuita jäi kaipaamaan, ei ollut ohjetta mistä niitä saa. Ikkunat kaipaa pesua, ilmanvaihtokanavat ja liesituuletin erittäin likaiset. (Liesituuletin puhdistettiin itse) sälekaihtimien säätövaijeri rikki kaikissa ikkunoissa, korjausta vaatisi. Viihtyisä kokonaisuus kuitenkin. TV/radiolaitteet mahtavat, saunassa viihtyy hyvän musiikin kera.

Toimiva huoneisto

Ihan hyvä vuokrahuoneisto. Toisen makuuhuoneen lattialämmitys ei sammunut vaikka seinällä oleva termostaatti niin väittikin. Hieman lämmin pääsi tulemaan. Muuten kyllä huoneisto on ihan asiallinen. Urheiluvaatteiden kuivaukseen olisi saanut olla enemmän tilaa. Parveke plussaa.
