For the first time in my life I face a situation where the Resturant dedicated for breakfast is FULL and we have to que!!! Not to mention the TV did not work and I had to call to be fixed ( very old outdated) can’t give it a 5 stars!! Max 4 stars

The hotel is definitely dated. Everything just seems old. There are also no outlets accessible from the bedside tables to charge your phone (which itself is confirmation that the hotel has not been renovated in some time). It was relatively clean though, and from what I could tell, the staff were helpful. there was a nice view from the window.

The hotel is extremely clean and convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal. I really enjoyed the facilities and the breakfast was amazing.

I was a great choice, Hotel location is very good, a plenty of restaurants and coffee shops can be visited by walk especially during this time of the year where the weather is beautiful. the sea view from the room is excellent, the service is good and the buffet contain lot of delicious food.

I hate that they didn’t upgrade my room or offer me anything since it is a VIP access hotel !! Also they gave me the wrong room I book superior collection room and they gave me king bed room only ! Which was surprising!
