So much potential
"Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never ..."

"On our first day coming back from site seeing we found that our room was not serviced we had to go and complain, room was full of spider web. second day the lights went off from 7pm till 12pm no one bothered to explain what was happening bring us candles we used our cell phones to light the room ..."
