“The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. ”

“The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience. ”

“Das Hotel war sehr, sehr schön! Eine wirklich große und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer waren auch schön. Vielleicht nicht alles top in Schuss wie zum Beispiel die klemmenden Vorhänge oder die Balkontüren, aber nichts was unseren schönen Urlaub gemindert hätte! Das Personal war auch wirklich total lieb und immer freundlich. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder her kommen :)”

I fell in love with Mombasa, Kenya and this was my second time visit within two months time frame. We got there around 2am due to the late flight schedule. When we got to the front desk, it literally took 10 minutes for someone to come out and help us check in. The guy looked like he just woke up and he was very disoriented. “We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you……
