"The location is great the the hotel is cute. We stayed in the jetted tub suite. The suite itself was very nice. The kitchen was decently stocked with most of what you'd need to cook stovetop meals. It would have been nice to have a second frying pan, and maybe a salad spinner, but overall no complaints. The view is terrific of the ocean, and the area as I said before is excellent. The bedroom with the tub was very nice and the tub was great. There were a few defects in the suite. 1. Chromecast on living room TV didn't work 2. A single power outlet in the bedroom was broken 3. Livingroom fireplace didn't work, but the bedroom one did. 4. Livingroom lamp didn't light Now for the worse part. THE TRAINS! The hotel is about 100 feet from the train tracks that run along the waterline. The trains run all day and all night every couple of hours. They can take as long as 5 minutes to go by and everytime one comes the gate alarm for the train goes off (it's very loud) and the noise of the trains is also very loud. If you are a light sleeper this will cause you grief. If it wasn't for the trains I'd give it a 4.5/5 as staff is nice, room was great despite minor problems, and location is too die for. Also keep in mind we the taxes included parking is almost $30 a day. Something to factor into the budget. Would we stay there again? Maybe.. the only thing that would give me hesitation would be the trains. "

"Beautiful and pristine unit. Owner’s communication was fast and checking in/out was super simple. Comfortable bed, close to many restaurants and bars. Made our anniversary weekend very special!"

"The beds were comfortable, and the shower worked well, which we appreciated. However, several aspects of the accommodation felt lacking. The kitchen cupboards were completely bare, with dishes left out on a drying rack rather than put away. The television was awkwardly placed, and the couch and chairs were not very comfortable. The washer and dryer were quite old, loud, and didn’t seem very clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well, and it was off-putting to find partial rolls of toilet paper stored in an unlined drawer. Overall, the accommodations felt somewhat bare-bones and on the cheaper side. While the beds were comfortable, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Great location and beautiful yard. There were some key items missing. Tea towels for the kitchen. Soap and towel for the 1/2 bath. Did not find the iron and ironing board. There was only a couch in the living room and there wasn’t enough seating for our group. Had to bring in the kitchen chairs. Lots of cigarette butts (none of us smoke) left outside in containers. "

"The house has ornate, elaborate and unique furnishings that provided an excellent backdrop for 5 women celebrating a special birthday. Leo greeted us at the door and was so helpful in getting us settled. The owner was always prompt in returning answers to my pre-trip questions. If you enjoy beautiful deck time with a view from the higher balcony, and a more formal elegant space, please consider this lovely rental. Given the decor and the fine and delicate decorative touches, this is definitely not an ideal house for active children, or for thise who may not climb stairs easily. But has its own unique charm, with 3 lovely and spacious bedrooms with wonderful kitchen space and a large outdoor BBQ grill. Great grocery store, Save On Foods, about 10 minutes away, as well as many restaurants along the wayer.We had a lovely time and recommend "
