「The rooms were cleaned, and the staff were excellent. Everyone was willing to help. The only issue I noticed was noise due to lots of weddings that were ongoing at the property. There should be a way to have people having ceremonies and weddings in separate locations from the guests staying at the hotel. I used the SPA; the lady was very professional, and the room was cleaned.」

「Lovely sanctuary from the dusty streets. Great pool and gym , and I could see a good basketball and several tennis courts. The pool gets busy in the afternoon, but a nice relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfast buffet and egg station. Ok restaurant- Indian influenced- would love to see more local dishes! Matoke please! Room spacious nice and clean. Good TV - lots of ways to watch the World Cup , Wimbledon, The Tour, F1, Athletics etc! Shower was ok but not always hot water. Staff were very friendly...

「the rooms really are excellent . location is ok if you have a car, Things to know is, there is no spa, there is no sauna, there is no massage at the property. The breakfast is poor at best and if you like a coffee that is not drip be prepared to wait an hr for a not great coffee. but again the rooms are great. 」
